  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.

5. Payments

  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through our payment partners.
  • Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. NOOK does not store your card or banking details.
  • Prepaid orders may receive offers that are not available on COD orders.

6. Orders & Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed only once we accept it and send an order confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order in the following cases:
    • The product is out of stock, or the price or listing contains an error
    • The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or placed for resale
    • We cannot verify a COD order
    • The customer has a history of refused or undelivered COD orders
  • For a prepaid order that we cancel, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
